Something new.

Hello, all! We're going to try something out and see if it works and if you all like it. I'll be blogging here a bit about various sundry. Some things might be Richard related, somethings might be Outlander related, somethings might not be related to that at all. It's going to be about whatever pops into my head and feel like blogging about.

I'll do a small introduction of myself right now, I'm sure there will be a longer, more detailed post later. But you can call me KM. I live in the US and have been an Outlander fan for at least 20+ years of my life. Because of Outlander I've met some fabulous people and made some great friends that have led me to this point in my life. I'm a reference librarian and I do the podcast for my library. I also do promotional, fun videos for the library and am venturing more and more into that realm.

I have a cat, Ivy (although I LOVE dogs too.) I live with my roommate and coworker (and her dog, Bela.) I'm pretty into music, my Celtic heritage, and am a complete history nerd. I love reading, movies, TV, am heavy into several fandoms. I, in theory but not practice, know French and German. I played the violin for 12 years, and I've been to Europe 4 times but I always miss being there.

I'm the one that brings you some of the RR funnies to the group. I hope they make you laugh or smile, at least. I'm a hard contradiction of ideals: I love unicorns and Deadpool: I love true crime stories (the bloodier the better) and cat videos. I'm funny and self deprecating to a fault. I live to make people smile and laugh. You're either going to love me or hate me, but at least you're not going to be indifferent to me.
